Hirai Ryo (ひらいりお), a Japanese freelancer, actor, former TV broadcaster of Fuji TV, graduated from the Tokyo University of Arts and Technology, affiliated to the Tokyo Elementary School of Tokyo University of Arts and Sciences, and the Faculty of Law, Keio University.
